These excerpts from a recent interview share insight into what drives Dale Little:

Why do you do this?  I love it!  I enjoy helping people achieve their professional dreams.

What makes your process different from that of other Business Consultants? I really believe that every business can succeed.  I understand that the change that makes the difference doesn't always have to be monumental.  The little things, the every day things in the world of business are typically the ones that escalate a business or send it spiraling into the depths.

Little things?  Every business works with budgets and financial documents, sales and marketing, employee retention, customer service, and growth and development - what I call business direction. Approaching these areas from a different perspective, reviewing existing processes with an objective eye, and then tweaking them... pushing them... can mean all the difference to the bottom line.

How did you develop the strategies that you currently utilize with clients?  Each client is different.  There are no identical strategies that will work for every business.  During the first 15 years of my work life, I was employed by multiple types of businesses... everything from retail to office administration to residential property management to a national sales and marketing rep.  I held jobs with multiple companies in each of these areas.  Regardless of what position I started in, I always rose fairly quickly to a management position or other position of responsibility.  I recognized the business components that were lacking and initiated programs and techniques that took those components from fiscal liabilities to fiscal advantages.  I developed a reputation for raising productivity and income to substantially higher levels in as little as 90 days.

So you believe every business can reach new heights in 90 days?   I  believe  that every business can succeed. Being a success takes a lot of hard work, time and energy.  If a business owner is willing to do the work, together, we can make it happen... some times maybe in as little as 90 days.
